How to place an order?
Browse the Silly Sisters catalogue by using the navigation at left, or using the search. Once you have found what you are looking for, click on the order button to add to your shopping cart. You will see your shopping cart which will list the cost for each item and also show how many are in stock. You can change your mind later and easily add and subtract items from your shopping cart. Silly Sisters receives merchandise regularly, so please, check back to see if the item is back in stock. Continue shopping until you're ready to check out. When you have finished shopping, click on the Shopping Cart. You can remove items, add or subtract from the quantities ordered by using the buttons provided in the shopping cart.
Your order confirmation and order number will be emailed to you.

Prices
Goods are invoiced at the price prevailing at time of order. The prices are in euro's, including VAT and excluding shipping costs.
Silly Sisters reserves the right to modify the prices from time to time.
International orders will be charged exact shipping. Silly Sisters will email you with shipping costs. Silly Sisters doesn't charge for packing materials or handling. Insurance is not included unless specified.
Silly Sisters makes every attempt to avoid errors in pricing, promotions and product information. If a mistake does occur, Silly Sisters reserves the right to correct it, and we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.
Risc during transportation
We use TNT post for all our shipments.
Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or any other defect that occurs during transportation. You can be assured that we package your shipment properly. It's also possible to choose for insured shipping.
Payment Terms
For foreign customers Silly Sisters only accepts orders to be prepaid by PayPal.
As soon as the payment has been added to our account, Silly Sisters will ship your order.
Items will only be held 14 days while awaiting payment (unless prior arrangements have been made) and will then be returned to stock.
Privacy Policy
Our guarantee to you is that Silly Sisters will not share your information with anyone, unless it is required by law.
The address you give at the time of registration or purchase is your billing and delivery address. This is the only address that Silly Sisters will accept and use to ship your goods. Any change to the address at a later stage of the payment process will not be accepted and will cause us to be unable to complete or fulfil your order.
Liability
On occasion, a manufacturer may send us a product that is slightly different from the picture in our catalogue or on our site, and Silly Sisters may ship it to you. All measurements listed in our catalogue and on our site are approximate and may vary slightly.
Silly Sisters ships merchandise in perfect condition and is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipment. Silly Sisters is not responsible for items once they are given to the shipper. If something is wrong with an order that is being fullfilled by Silly Sisters, we certainly want to help you.
Sorry, but Silly Sisters do not issue refunds.
We request that you check the received goods. If the shipment is incomplete or incorrect we require you to report this to Silly Sisters within 3 office days. We will then try to rectify the problem satisfactory. Complaints that are received after 3 office days will not be dealt with.
