Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment has been added to our account.

Risc during transportation
We use Post NL for all our shipments.
Therefore we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or any other defect that occurs during transportation. You can be assured that we package your shipment properly. It's also possible to choose for insured shipping.

Cost of shipment
International orders will be charged exact shipping costs. Silly Sisters will email you the shipping costs. Silly Sisters doesn't charge for packaging materials or handling.

It is also possible to get a quotation on request before you place an order.

Liability
We request that you check the received goods. If the shipment is incomplete or incorrect we require you to report this to Silly Sisters within 3 office days. We will then try to rectify the problem satisfactory. Complaints that are received after 3 office days will not be dealt with.
